Dear Valued Customer
Thank you for your continued loyalty and trust in AlluGuard during these uncertain times. Our commitment and responsibility towards you has never been stronger as we face the COVID-19 pandemic. We are continuously monitoring the ever-changing circumstances surrounding the coronavirus and are going above and beyond to keep you, our employees and offices safe.
With the ever-changing position in relation to the COVID-19 outbreak, we have made every effort to secure our supply chain, thereby mitigating the impact on you our customer, staff and our business. We are in daily contact with our suppliers both here in the UK and Europe, which has resulted in none of our production / logistics being stopped.
Following Brexit and the prudent measures taken by AlluGuard, we have additional stock of supplies ensuring orders / deliveries will be completed in full and on-time.
Our Action Plan
Since the outbreak of the pandemic, we have activated a response team within the business and have strong processes, robust systems, and dedicated support teams in place.
All our employees have been fully briefed on essential preparatory and prevention measures. These range from hygiene measures, including increased cleaning and sanitising frequency, to guidelines on how to handle suspected or confirmed cases of COVID-19 and, if required, quarantine purposes in cooperation with the local authorities.
Your safety as well as the safety of our team members is our highest priority. Our actions demonstrate a firm commitment to deploying appropriate resources to help maintain a healthy environment for you, our customer, and team members. Some of these actions are as follows:
Installed hand sanitisers throughout the business and continually communicating with the teams of their responsibilities for hygiene and self-isolation where necessary.
- Segregated office and warehouse facilities and minimised contact between departments.
- Cancelled all non-essential travel.
- Increased the use of remote communication (email, text and telephone) in place of face to face meetings.
Unfortunately, these measures we feel are prudent and reflect the need to minimise the risk of spreading this virus but will still allow the business to function, thereby continuing to support you, our customers and the team here at AlluGuard.
