AlluGuard COVID-19 Update

Dear Valued Customer

I hope all your family, friends and colleagues are safe and well in these unprecedented times.

It has been widely documented for the need to support the Construction industry and the livelihoods of those in our industry and the wider economy. The Government guidance on social distancing in the workplace and its confirmation that construction and domestic works should continue to support the economy is now clear.

AlluGuard wishes to play its part and, as a consequence of this clear guidance, will begin a phased return to production.

WEDNESDAY 22nd April A reduced team will be onsite to facilitate a factory clean, adapting processes to ensure safety guidelines are followed and prepare for a return to production.

EXISTING ORDERS – We will contact you to discuss delivery of existing orders.

NEW ORDERS – Our team is ready to take your orders.

MONDAY 27th April

PRODUCTION – This will recommence during the week following the factory clean and, after ensuring the safety processes are in place and in readiness for the resumption of deliveries.

DELIVERIES – A limited amount of deliveries will take place throughout the week dependant on location  / customer availability.

ORDER & COLLECT – For those customers wanting to collect doors / spares and accessories we will introduce appointed collection times. When customers collect orders that are ready, they should enter one at a time, whilst maintaining a safe distance at all times.

MONDAY 4th May

DELIVERIES – Resumption of deliveries, again dependant on location  / customer availability.

ORDER & COLLECT – For those customers wanting to collect doors / spares and accessories we will introduce appointed collection times. When customers collect orders that are ready, they should enter one at a time,  whilst maintaining a safe distance at all times.

LEAD-TIMES – We are running a reduced workforce, however we will endeavour to meet our normal lead-times and advise you accordingly should circumstances affect your delivery.

We would like to thank you for your understanding and continued support during this time.

Please take care of yourselves, friends and family and stay safe.

Kind Regards

Gary Brooks
Director
